Once appointed Build Direct will arrange insurances and safety officer on behalf of the client and open up accounts in various providers with Build Direct rates attached. A pre determined management fee will be agreed before the commencement of the project and this WILL NOT change as the project progresses.

Build Direct will organise men to be on site to carry out every aspect of the job and arrange, agree and control all tendering and appointment of sub contractors. The client however will have the final say and will be involved in and see every received tender for every aspect of the bill. We have a large database of sub contractors for all trades and Build Direct will ensure on Sub contractors of the highest standard will be appointed.

All invoicing it done directly to the client and monitored by Build Direct to ensure no over charging occurs. This allows for complete transparency of all transactions. It also means that at no stage does the client require a deposit up front. On a weekly/monthly/ bi-monthly depending on the material/ labour the client will be invoiced for the work COMPLETED to date and its only once Build Direct are happy that work has been completed and completed to a satisfactory standard will the payment be made.

As the build progresses with the management structure it is possible for the client to be as involved as they choose to be. We can offer a complete turnkey package or some clients may prefer to be involved on a daily basis. We are flexible to the preferences of the client and if changes are required or desired the cost of the change is simply the cost of the change. There is no re-negotiation which can be both timely and costly.
