What is Build Direct?

BulidDirect was established to provide management solution to customers wishing to benefit from cost savings and other advantages of building with diret labour and material purchase.

The aim is to turn quality final product while also saving time and money by engaging only the highest standard of tradesmen and carefully monitoring and controlling all aspects of the project.

  With the BuildDirect approach there is no up front sum. Works are paid for when and only when they are completed on site. This means there is no initial capital risk to the client.

• Safety

  We insure all our projects comply with industry safety standards including, ensuring all insurances are in place before commencement and employing a safety officer to further reduce risk and insurance costs.

Experience

Managing Director of BuildDirect, Pat Madigan, has 25 years experience in the construction industry. He has managed building schemes of up to 100 top quality houses with project values up to €27 million. In 2007 Pat decided to offer his experience to clients wishing to build using direct labour hire and purchase of material. Pat was ideally positioned to offer this service with practical knowledge of the skilled labour force and the material suppliers. This service has proven to be very successful and has seen clients save 20% to 30% on total costs and all projects completed on-time and within budget.

Pat is supported by a small team of dedicated professionals to ensure that each project is given the full attention it requires including Charlie Ahern qualified carpenter with 20 years site experience 12 of which as site foreman and Conor Doyle graduate in Construction Economics and Management with site experience as well experience of several self build projects.
